We’re the Hollenbeck family. This is our home and our livelihood—a small farm in Upstate New York where we live, work, and learn side by side.

We raise animals, grow our food, and spend our days building systems that make sense for our land and our family. We’re intentional about teaching our kids how to work hard, take responsibility, respect others, and understand where food and strength really come from.

We believe in using what we have, figuring things out as we go, and not pretending we’ve got it all dialed in. Some days go right. Others don’t. Both matter.
