We’re the Hollenbeck family, and this is where we live and work together every day—on a small farm in Upstate, New York. We raise animals, grow our own food, and try to teach our kids what matters most: how to work hard, respect others, and appreciate the land. We believe in showing up for each other, building what we need with what we have, and learning by getting our hands dirty.
